The group operates through two segments: financing business unit and technology business unit. The financing business unit consists of equipment and financing business to both commercial and government-related entities and the associated business process outsourcing services. The technology sales business unit includes all the technology sales and related services including procurement, asset management and catalog software sales and services. The customers include commercial customers, federal, state and local governments and higher education institutions. On 28-May-2004, the group acquired manchester technologies inc.
